About Me

My name is Celine Leclair. I grew up in Northern Manitoba Canada. I grew up inspired everyday by the outdoors, by exercise and movement, by the value of play and the joy it brings. I have always had a zest for life and pride myself on my positive outlook.

Straight out of high school I went to the University of Manitoba and received my bachelor of nursing degree. I worked in many different areas as a nurse including complex continuing care, a COPD unit, long term care, palliative care, and more recently as a community/home care nurse. I love being a nurse, I love to learn, and I love to help people.

I’ve always had a passion for fitness as well. In 2018 I got my certified personal training certificate and began teaching people the power of fitness. I also went through my own transformation as well as a person by reading, researching, and introducing meditation into my daily life.

I wrote a motivational book about my journey that I hope to inspire many people through and have added published author recently to my list of credentials.

I approach health in a unique way as through my experience as a registered nurse have seen the consequences of ill health. I have also studied through personal training how to prevent ill health from occurring. I recognize health as a full spectrum starting with a healthy mind, nourishing the body appropriately while enjoying food at the same time, and building confidence through movement and discovering that feeling when you are at your best.

I believe it’s NEVER TOO LATE to improve quality of life no matter what age, illness, experiences, traumas, life stages you are going through. I believe that everyone has a purpose and all things happen for a reason.

There is a reason you have reached my page today and I’m hoping I can help you explore the potential of yourself and your future!
